How much does shipping cost?

For online order returns or exchanges, please use our Maman Returns Center at https://returns.maman.co.nz/ and follow the provided instructions. 

Please note that sale items or accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged. Once your return is approved, you'll receive an email with instructions to ship your package within 10 days using a traceable and insured shipping method, with shipping costs at your expense until it reaches Maman.

Our online returns portal only allows you to lodge a return within 10 working days. 
We don't allow refunds or exchanges on sale items and accessories.
